The Unleash the Black Dog Ball is gaining more traction each week, with the most recent news that some of the country’s top politicians will be joining guests at the event on Saturday October 7.

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Agriculture and Member for New England, Barnaby Joyce has been asked to represent Australia’s Prime Minister on the evening.

Deputy Premier of NSW John Barilaro, who is also the Minister for Small Business, Minister for Regional NSW and Minister for Skills has also accepted an invitation.

Adam Marshall, our State Member for the Northern Tablelands and who also serves as Minister for Tourism and Major Events, and Assistant Minister for Skills will also be in attendance, and Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton will also be present.

“It’s really exciting that a fundraiser in our Shire has come under the radar of State and Federal representatives”, said organiser Sarah Crump.

“This creates an opportunity to show off our wonderful Shire and for our elected politicians to attend an event with true country hospitality”, she said.

The 2017 Unleash the Black Dog Ball sold out in less than two hours this year, but there are still sponsorship opportunities available.
