The River Rats played host to Robb College on Saturday and went down in both grades. An entertaining afternoon of football was only spoilt by Robb besting the Rats right on the bell once more.

Something for everyone at this years Bingara Show (15-May-13)
The 2013 Bingara Show is on again on 24 – 25 and 26 May. This year’s committee has worked very hard to have ‘something for everyone’ – besides the usual pavilion, cattle, sheep and horse sections, there will be a larger than usual number of sideshows and stallholders.

The official launch of “Vintage Rose” in the Roxy Cafe on Saturday exceeded all expectations. One hundred and twenty people enjoyed the fashion parade that launched Bingara women, Judy Adams and Rose Anderson’s new business.

Long history of volunteering recognised (15-May-13)
Federal Member for Parkes, Mark Coulton has congratulated Bingara local Alf King on receiving a National Volunteer Award for his work with emergency services. Mr Coulton presented the award to Mr King on Saturday May 11 at The Roxy Café in Bingara.
