Conference & Catering Facilities

Bingara aims to be the Conference Centre of the North West.  The Imperial has one of the smaller conference rooms which can comfortably cater for up to 30 people.

The room is provided free of charge and full catering can be provided on request, ranging from tea and coffee with light refreshments, to gourmet sandwiches or main meals.
   
The Imperial coffee lounge
Merlo Coffee and fantastic meals are served 7 days from 11.30am to 2.30pm then 6.30pm to 8.30pm.  The menu consists of café style food  and large traditional hotel meals.

Specialised catering
Although the menu at the Imperial caters for all tastes and aims to have something for everyone, sometimes you want that "something  special", for a special occassion. Noelene is more than happy to work out a menu specifically for you.  Birthdays, weddings, private functions and other celebrations are all catered for at The Imperial.  They even cater for outside venues. 

 
The Top Veranda
The top veranda has an excellent view of the entire main street and is an exquisite venue for private parties, as is the conference room or barbeque area.
