Bingara prides itself in its ability to provide excellent health care for all its residents, from infants to the elderly.  

 

Bingara has a wonderful Mulit Purpose Service which has a 21 beds, consisting of seven acute care beds and 14 nursing home beds, served by doctors from the town's practice. Other services provided include a Podiatrist,  a Physiotherapist, Ante Natal Classes, Community Nursing, Day Care, Early Childhood Health Service, Pre-school screenings, a Dietician, Mental Health, a Social worker, Women's Health issues and a Speech Therapist.

 
Bingara Medical Centre Bingara has a purpose built Medical Centre and 24 hour Ambulance services.

Bingara Multi Purpose Service (MPS)
Bingara MPS is one of five hospitals in the district.

   

The Hunter New England Area Health Service model of care has at its core community hospitals and primary health care, which includes general practice, community services, public health and health promotion.

Supporting these services are the area's five District Hospitals and the Non Metropolitan Referral (Base) Hospitals in Tamworth and Armidale.  For tertiary referral hospital services, New England residents travel outside the area, most frequently to Sydney or Newcastle.

 

Touriandi Lodge
Touriandi lodge is a low level aged care facility with sixteen permanent and one respite bed. Residents entry is upon an aged care assessment and is needs based.
