$30,000 Raised for women’s mental health

October 27, 2017

The tally is in, and the money is in the bank!  The 2017 Unleash the Black Dog Ball has raised in excess of $30,000. What was an incredible night, has now become an incredible result.

“A total of $17,000 was raised at auction alone, which included an eye-stopping bidding war between the Minister for Tourism, Adam Marshall and Deputy Premier, John Barilaro, over a donated Speckle Park hide”, said organiser Nikki Rose.

“Following that, the donated Pokolbin Farm Stay package sold for a whopping $6,500! Our community are truly amazing, and the support this event has received is wonderful”, Ms Rose said.

For the record, Mr. Barilaro was the winning bidder for the hide.  Mr. Marshall compensated his disappointment by purchasing another item at the sale.
