Bingara Central School’s 2020 Anzac Day Tribute

May 5, 2020

Congratulations to Bingara Central School on their wonderful Anzac Day Presentation.  Social isolation has necessitated commemorating in different ways this year and the school has done the community proud.

Here is the video broadcast on Social Media on Anzac Day with the accompanying message from Principal Brooke Wall.

“The connections to our Anzacs is so strong in our community. Our young people especially, have an ingrained respect for all of our fallen. We are reminded every day with our orange trees out the front of the school about the great sacrifices the soldiers from our community made, so that we have the luxuries and freedom that we experience today in our society.

We have collaborated with a range of our local service members to create an ANZAC ceremony that is fitting of our times. Please take the time today to remember our Anzacs.”
