Bingara is proving popular with motorcyclists

Bingara is proving to be a popular destination for people who ride motorcycles.
38 riders from the Tamworth Ulysses Club visited Bingara recently, lunching at the Imperial Hotel.

Killarney Gap Rd, which links Bingara with Narrabri is popular with bikers, who enjoy the twists and turns the road offers, particularly now that the road is fully sealed.

Locals report that it is not uncommon to see groups of 50 and more bikes go past on their way to or from Bingara, mostly with only one  rider.

The Ulysses Club made a round trip of it by coming up to Bingara via Manilla and Barraba and then going home via Narrabri and Gunnedah.

Bingara boasts a number of keen motorcyclists who regularly join other enthusiasts on short trips around the area.
