Bingara MPS goes pink

September 21, 2012

The staff at the Bingara MPS will be raising awareness and money for Breast Cancer Research during the month of October, ending with a bang on Monday November 5 with the Annual Pink Breakfast at the Imperial Hotel.

The MPS will be lit up ‘PINK’ at night and the Staff will be wearing pink shirts for the month of October. There will be a number of small fund-raisers and a Raffle at the hospital, all the money raised will go toward Community Comfort.

“Community Comfort is a wonderful local charity, they provide financial assistance to the residents of the Bingara Community who are going through a difficult time with an illness, Health Service Manager, Sue Mack, said.

Once again, the Pink Breakfast will be held at the Imperial Hotel on the November 5.

The Pink Breakfast is a wonderful event and showcases the wonderful generosity of the community. It is a joint venture between the Bingara MPS, Imperial Hotel and the Cancer Council, where staff time is donated. The money raised from the breakfast will go towards Cancer Research.

“We encourage all to attend, book ahead and bring friends, family or co-workers. Take-away and Business / Home deliveries are available. Let’s make it the best year ever,” Mrs. Mack urged.
