Bingara MPS shaking up the Wednesday Night Raffles

February 11, 2017

Bingara MPS Staff need your help. For the past 12 months, they have been running the Wednesday Night raffles at the RSL Club, hoping to be able to raise money to build a new Lounge Room / activities centre at the MPS for the Aged Care Residents.

“Sadly it’s been a bit on the quiet side, so after seeking advice from the regular patrons of the RSL, we plan to make a change to encourage more community members to take the time to come to the RSL and support us,” Bingara Health Service Manager, Sue Mack said.

“Commencing February 15, instead of Meat Trays, we plan to offer $15 Vouchers to Meat on Maitland, Bingara Bakehouse and IGA. This allows winners to cash the vouchers in when they want for what they want.

“So please, we desperately need more space for our residents, communities need to look after their own, and Bingara is known for being very generous.”

If you are unable to make the raffles, MPS staff are happy to accept donations at the front office at the MPS at any time.

“Let’s get this room BUILT,” Mrs Mack said.
