Today Bingara welcomed its first two visitors who came here by virtue of their search on the internet. Two lovely ladies from Coonabarabran saw what Bingara had to offer and decided that an adventure was in order. They headed here, spent a great day and headed home on a different route to what they would ordinarily choose. We know they are the first of many.
Allan Cunningham happened upon Bingara in 1827, returned to the city and spread the word on what he found, and an influx followed. Our surfing visitors we are sure will pick up where he left off!
Everyone will soon know what a great town and district we have!
