During the last two years, children attending Bingara Playgroup have enjoyed visiting residents of Touriandi Lodge for a morning of stories and music.
On Tuesday, September 7, Bingara Playgroup returned to Touriandi, this time joined by some members of the Baby/Toddler Group, Bubz Biz, who made the visit to the Lodge a part of their regular weekly pram walk.
The youngsters and residents had a lovely morning tea of pikelets and milk or tea before enjoying a collection of books read by local librarian, Gail Philpott.
Early Intervention Family Worker, Tanya Heaton then lead the group in a Baby Bounce and Rhyme session, where everyone sang and recited a series of Nursery Rhymes.
Playgroup and Touriandi residents all look forward to the next visit, in December.
