November 18, 2015

Bingara Central School held the Year 12 Formal Dinner at the Sportsman Hotel last Friday night to celebrate the completion of their school careers.

A fitting theme of ‘A Touch of Black’ coincided with Friday the 13th as the group of six celebrated with their family, friends and teachers.

Many stories were shared throughout the event and a great night was had by all. Year 12 year advisor Brooke Marshall praised the students for successfully completing their schooling “Think for yourselves and know what a success you are,” Mrs Marshall said.

“Finishing school, achieving qualifications in nationally recognised vocational training, gaining employment and most of all, being polite and obliging young adults ready to enter the big wide world. You can go anywhere and do anything.”

Concluding with some wise advice Mrs Marshall told the students to “Never forget your school days, they have built you to what you are, and most of all have fun and make the most of lives.”
