CMCA volunteers were thanked for their assistance last Friday evening at a function held at the Roxy Theatre. It was standing room only.
Volunteers also celebrated the successful organisation of the rally with a "hangi" at the Bingara Showground on Saturday night. The "hangi" consisted of two pigs, one beast leg, eight chickens, four legs of lamb and 300 potatoes. To help wash that down were ten slabs of beer, ten slabs of softdrinks and six casks of wine.
