Remembrance Day in Bingara

Remembrance Day will be commemorated in Bingara with a service to be held on Wednesday 11th November, commencing 10:45am. The Government has allowed services to be held this year with a limit of up to 100 people in attendance.

Anyone wishing to lay a wreath is requested to contact David Young (0428 955 464) or Mark Nay (0488 131 600) in advance.

Remembrance Day (also known as Poppy Day), marks the end of hostilities in World War 1, when armistice was signed and fighting stopped at 11:00am on the 11th of the 11th.
