This year the show has something for everyone. Begin with a walk through the pavilion with arts, crafts and cooking in all shapes and sizes on display.
The cattle section will begin on Friday with The Northwest Petroleum Led Steer Classic, followed by the junior Paraders Class on Friday afternoon. Saturday will see the judging of the Stud Beef Cattle.
For horse lovers, settle in for a weekend of ring events, show jumping, sporting and, of course, the all important campdrafting which will be taking place over the entire weekend with over $5000 in prize money up for grabs.
To entertain the kids, Laser Tag, a game of high tech hide and seek will be running at the Jockey quarters from 11am to 6pm. There will be other side shows to keep children and the young- -at-heart occupied.
For those wanting a night out, the show society have organized Lane Sinclair and friends as the Saturday night entertainment and don’t forget to try your luck on the mechanical bull, which will be operating on Saturday night as well.
