Mr Bill MacDonald, a fulltime tennis coach for the past 35 years, has taken over the junior squad in Inverell and would like to rebuild Junior Tennis here in Bingara.
“Tennis is a lifetime game of skill, competitiveness, great fun and a great way to make new friends,” Bill says.
He is a credentialed coach and his success with young players is documented with ‘Mr Google’ if you want to look him up.
He would like to start off with a free tennis afternoon in the new year to meet the children and parents. This will be available for children from approximately 6 year olds to 16 year olds.
So bring your children, come along, tell your neighbours, tell your friends. The plan would then be to start regular tennis early in 2018. Watch this space for updates.
