As you are aware, Gwydir Shire Council is embarking on a process to consider the long-term future of the Gwydir local area. We want to hear from residents what they think about the future of Gwydir, and what Council needs to do to support this. As part of this process, we have been seeking expressions of interest from residents to come together and be part of a meaningful group discussion.
Due to the interest shown by residents in this process, Council has postponed the group discussion until mid-January. Actual dates will be confirmed before Christmas.
Please note, your expression of interest is just that – it does not guarantee you will be selected to participate.
Participants will be selected on the basis of ensuring a diverse range of views about the future of the Gwydir local area. This initiative is open to residents of Gwydir local area only.
