The Good Food and Wine Show will play host to some of the best in food and wine that Australia has to offer this weekend and Bingara’s own Jason and Ann Lewis of Jac Wagyu will be set up alongside a long list of other high quality Australian products.

Jac Wagyu will be bringing their expertise to the show which includes the impressive supply capabilities of over 25 different cuts of beef.

They pride themselves on happy and healthy cows, something which they say stands out in the flavour and quality of their meat.

“Wagyu itself is quite unique in the market but we also have a unique way of feeding programme for our cattle to produce the highest quality product we can,” said Ann.

“Our feeding programme is a very modern way of feeding with the cattle having access to both grass (for flavour) and grain (for energy) in tailored paddocks. Their specially formulated ration is sourced locally as much as possible. Happy and health cows are our aim and it is reflected in the flavour and quality of our meat.”
