After completing his plumbing/gas-fitting apprenticeship in Albury, Mark has taken on a number of roles in the field. Mark spent a number of years in the industrial plumbing business in Western Australian mines, followed by a six year stint working at the Sydney Olympic village, as well as earning the title of company foreman working on a high rise building consisting of 100 units and 40 shops.

Through Mark’s experiences, he has developed a ‘no job is too big or small’ attitude and is happy to assist clients with an array of services, from bathroom work to industrial scale jobs.

“I’ve just started the business, and I’m keen to help everyone out,” Mark said.

Licensed to install gas, Mark can also ensure that systems are working efficiently whilst operating at the highest degree of safety.

“All work is carried out with 100% commitment to safety for myself and everyone around me,” Mark said.

As well as installation, Mark is more than happy to drop by for all gas servicing and maintenance. During this current cool weather, Mark is available to assist with heating systems and can also offer a hand later in the year for home cooling. By servicing your gas heaters, Mark can improve heater efficiency, ensuring you and your family are comfortable during these cold winter days and nights.

The service list at Gwydir Plumbing and Gas is almost endless, with drainage work on offer, as well as building and renovation work, septic system, rainwater tanks, gas, electric or solar hot water and gutter and down pipe jobs.

Fitting to the region, Mark is happy to assist in the design of rural and stock water systems and will install to ensure your livestock and crop are receiving adequate hydration.

A family man with two small children, Mark at Gwydir Plumbing and Gas understands the need to keep the family happy and comfortable, and is available for all emergency work, happy to assist with your plumbing needs after hours. Whether you have a broken pipe or your hot water system has abandoned you when you need it most – Mark is just a phone call away!

With attention to detail and a history you can trust, Mark Pritchard offers a valuable service that residents of the Gwydir Shire and beyond can rely on for plumbing and gas needs, big and small.
