The Rev. David Swan, currently the assistant Vicar at Gunnedah, will take up the position of Vicar of the Bingara Parish early next year.
The announcement was made to the St. John’s congregation on Sunday morning, by retiring Vicar, Rev. Brian Darbyshire, that Rev. Swan would be his replacement.
David and Elizabeth Swan have four children, the eldest is 10.
