For Bingara couple, Russell and Christene Smyth, the opening of their Ray White Rural, Bingara franchise on Monday is a natural extension of their business.
Russell and Christene Smyth opened Ray White Rural Bingara on Monday.
Russell has worked all his life in the livestock industry. He and Christene moved to Bingara 10 years ago, bringing their Balgree Santa Gertrudis stud.
“We have been dealing with the Ray White network for about eight years, and found a great level of professionalism in marketing,” Russell said.
Russell and Christene will be handling rural and residential (town) property sales, livestock including Stud stock, sales and marketing, and clearing sales.
“We have access to Inverell, Armidale, Tamworth and Gunnedah saleyards, as well as all paddock sales, Auctions Plus and the Ray White network Stock Alert,” Russell said.
“The quality of the livestock in the district is exceptional. The Bingara area is known Australia wide for its agricultural production.”
Russell and Christene went with Ray White because of the access to national and international marketing and sales networks of the brand, while being true locals in the area.
“Ray White Livestock is Australia’s fastest growing Livestock business with over 80 rural offices around Australia and 32 livestock offices, networked with an iconic family owned brand, and also part of the largest Real Estate network in Australasia,” Russell said.
The Ray White network is made up of individual franchise owners, working both together and individually “We both love the area, and are both looking forward to servicing our local community,” Christene said.
Ray White Bingara is conveniently located next door to Christene Smyth’s existing business, Villa Rouge.
