Something for everyone at this years Bingara Show

May 15, 2013

The 2013 Bingara Show is on again on 24 – 25 and 26 May. This year’s committee has worked very hard to have ‘something for everyone’ – besides the usual pavilion, cattle, sheep and horse sections, there will be a larger than usual number of sideshows and stallholders.

Mayor John Coulton will officially open the Show at 11.30 am. We will also see the launch of the recently printed Bingara Bike Tours brochure.

As well as the Rodeo there will be lots of entertainment: For the kids – Laser Tag – Petting Zoo – Kiddies corner with special entertainment at 10.30 and 1.30 – Pet Show

For the blokes: Antique cars, bikes, trucks and machinery Watch the true art of blacksmithing demonstration – see hot iron made into art

Murray cod display and Angler’s demonstration + talks throughout the day Saturday

The Pig Dog Man with equipment and information

And for the Mums there will be three fashion parades – 2 pm will see little tykes on the ‘catwalk’ dressed by Villa Rouge – 2.30 pm Vintage Rose will be showcasing their retro clothing while Shenanigans on Gwydir will be showing the best of the latest fashions at 3 pm.

Stay for a barbecue Saturday night and listen to Doug Jamieson entertaining – watch the fun with the mechanical bull and enjoy the Demolition Derby.

You are guaranteed to find something that will interest you at the 2013 Bingara Show – and admission is only $10 adult, children $5 and $25 family – AND FREE ADMISSION ON SUNDAY.

Why not come along after you’ve voted!
