Students from Bingara Central School proudly wore their house colours as they took part in the traditional march to start the annual Thomson Cup sports Carnival held on Gwydir Oval last Friday.
The march was a little late getting underway, but was worth the wait for spectators who were treated to three lively yet well disciplined groups marching from the school, along Finch Maitland and Cunningham Streets.
The winning house for marching was Bradman.Winning house overall was Fraser.
