The River House Bingara welcomes its first guests

January 12, 2012

Bingara’s newest accommodation, The River House, opened its doors just before Christmas to welcome its first guests.  With the excitement felt by everyone concerned, you would be forgiven for thinking that it was santa who had arrived.

The garden surrounds a beautiful pergola and pond, with the sounds of running water- a great place to dine outdoors.

Built by local cattle producers Garry & Linda McDouall, The River House will one day be their retirement home.

Both Garry and Linda are passionate about Bingara, so until they are ready for the “big move” they wish to offer the living experience to visitors, as the property represents their commitment to the future of Bingara.
