Bingara IGA was delighted to donate $2,400 to six of our hardworking community organizations at a morning tea last week at the Roxy Cafe.
Ted Sparke, Paul McLachlan, Fiona Rattray, Patti Steiger, Susanne Hughes, Brian Hughes and Karen Bishton celebrated a win for the Bingara community through the IGA Community Chest program.
Ted Sparke and Brian Hughes represented legacy, Susane Hughes and Patti Steiger the friends of Touriandi and Fiona Rattray from Bingara Swimming club.
Cheques were also given to Bingara men’s shed, the Bingara Minor League and football club.
Karen Bishton and Paul McLachlan were there to hear about each organisations plans for their use of the donation, and Bingara IGA look forward to doing it all again next year.
