The Cafe is an integral component of the Roxy Complex and the successful applicant will be part of a dynamic team promoting the use of the Complex for conferences, weddings, live shows and other significant events.
The focus of the Cafe and Trade Training Centre is to provide excellent service and quality food while also provide training opportunities to aspiring hospitality students.
The ideal applicant will be keen to be a mentor and trainer to a range of hospitality students in addition to managing the Cafe.
