Thanks to Gwydir Shire Council and the NSW State Government’s Restart NSW program, summer swimming and fishing on the Gwydir River just got even more fun with the addition of a brilliant new pontoon under Campbell Bridge.
The pontoon will make accessing the river much easier for a range of river activities, and play an important link in the Big River Dreaming project which will also see upgrades to the Bingara Swimming pool, Living Classroom and pathways connecting the town.
