Senator’s Inverell office opened

More than 130 people, including a strong contingent from Bingara, attended the opening of the Inverell electorate office of Nationals Senator for NSW John Williams recently.

The opening was performed by Nationals Senator for Queensland Barnaby Joyce. Senator Joyce said he is looking forward to having a great friend and a hard worker from the bush join him in Canberra.

Senator Williams, who will be sworn in on August 26, thanked the large turnout for their support and pledged to fight hard for the rural sector, small business and country communities.

Visitors came from Grafton,Tenterfield, Armidale, Glen Innes, Bingara and the Inverell district.
